— Accessibility
We build Petlys to work for as many people and assistive technologies as possible — screen readers, keyboards, high-contrast preferences, and reduced motion.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility isn't a one-time checklist — it's an ongoing part of how we design and build.
We know we're not done. Areas we're actively refining:
If you use assistive technology and hit a barrier, please tell us — it's the fastest way for us to fix it.
Some parts of Petlys rely on third-party services (for example, authentication, payment processing). We do our best to choose vendors that meet accessibility standards, but we can't guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces we don't own.
If you encounter an accessibility issue, or want to request content in an alternative format, email melissa@petlys.com. Please include the page you were on and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days.
