How does pricing work?: A simple $2.50 per pet, per month. One pet is $2.50/mo. Four pets is $10/mo. Ten pets is $25/mo. Add or remove a pet anytime — your next bill just reflects the new number.
What if I add or lose a pet mid-month?: The price adjusts on your next bill — no proration surprises, no penalty for growing your family. Memorial pages stay with you free, forever.
How does the Meal for a Pet donation work?: $0.50 per pet per month buys real bags of food shipped directly to the volunteers and rescuers who feed shelter pets every day. Every pet on your account feeds the people who show up. You'll see the running total on your account.
Is yearly cheaper?: Yes — pay yearly and save about 17% (twelve months for the price of ten). Full refund inside 30 days if it isn't a fit.
Can I export everything?: Yes. Full-resolution exports of every photo, video, and written memory, in original quality, at any time. Nothing is held hostage.
What about when they're gone?: Their story doesn't go anywhere. Memorial pages stay open, free, forever — even if you close your account entirely.
